We're looking for experienced Bartenders who thrive in busy, social environments and love creating memorable guest experiences. From expertly crafted cocktails to genuine hospitality, you'll play a key role in shaping the atmosphere that keeps our members coming back.

No two shifts are the same. One moment you'll be preparing signature cocktails, the next you'll be hosting members at the bar or supporting a busy event. If you enjoy fast-paced service, teamwork, and connecting with people, you'll fit right in.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

• Deliver warm, professional, and engaging service to members and guests

• Mix cocktails with confidence, consistency, and attention to detail

• Maintain the bar to Soho House standards throughout service

• Support private events and other operational areas when required

Your schedule

• Full-time or part-time opportunities available

• Minimum availability of 2-3 days per week

• A mix of evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts

• Flexibility during busy periods and special events

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Bartender is essential

• Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality

• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with guests

• Reliable, professional, positive, and enthusiastic

• Able to stay calm and organised in a high-volume environment

• Fluent English; additional languages are always a bonus
