Hiring Quality Index
Know more before you apply.
The Hiring Quality Index summarises signals on a listing — clearly separating facts from estimates — so you spend your time on roles that are genuinely open.
Facts vs. estimates
We show which signals are facts and which are estimates.
Factual signals
- Apply link status
- Job posting date
- Reposting behavior
- Source availability
- Employer activity where available
Inferred signals (estimates)
- Possible reduced activity
- Possible role closure
- Estimated response likelihood (where implemented)
Inferred signals are estimates and are labelled as such — never presented as certainty. A role is never marked closed with certainty unless it is verified.
